I originally came to Jumpline because of the appeal of the VDS and because they are one of the few hosts out there that support ColdFusion. However, regardless of programming language, I strongly suggest you stay away from Jumpline. Their VDS manager interface is not user-friendly but more importantly, their customer service is atrocious. When suddenly my client sites were down, it took over 12 hours for a support team to get back to me with the question "did you look to see if your files are on the server?" And now we're near 24 hours and the response hasn't improved at all. I warn you - this will happen to you too if you use Jumpline.
