JustHost clearly post their toll-free support number and chat link on their site. They take calls, chats and email 24/7, and even include video tutorials and a large FAQ/Knowledgebase. We contacted JustHost support via chat and over the phone, and our longest wait time was 5 minutes during what JustHost mentioned was "peak time." Every support agent we spoke to/chatted with was courteous and helpful, and we never felt rushed.

JustHost is a relatively young company, but they seem to have already learned valuable lessons from previous experience and other hosting companies. They're young and responsive, and just might lure customers away from larger hosts that have forgotten what support is all about.
